ZM+ is the evolution of the classical formula (ZMA). Indeed, ZM+ is a significant source of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl).

Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
