Serving Size: 12.5g (3½ x 5ml medium BLACK scoops). Start with “Beginner” dosage of 12.5g in 100-125ml of water to assess tolerance. Once established, you may move up to maximum “Expert” dosage of 25g (7 medium BLACK scoops) in 200-225ml of water. Shake well in a TPW shaker. Consume approx 30 mins before your workout.
