ZM+ is the evolution of the classical formula (ZMA). Indeed, ZM+ is a significant source of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl).

XPN gives you more, including 5-HTP in ZM+. 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) is a serotonin percursor for a better regulation of sleep disorders and insomnia.

Zinc is an essential element that contributes to the fonctions of over 300 enzymes inside the human cells. It also positively contributes to the production of testosterone in men.

Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks, if symptoms persist or worsen, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity. Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
