Creatine is a precursor to the bio-energetic fuel creatine phosphate, which replenishes cellular ATP (adenosine triphosphate) levels during maximum intensity contractions. Supplementing with creatine can increase levels of creatine phosphate in the muscle improving work output capacity, power, recovery and muscle hydration. When muscles are hydrated, muscle catabolism (breakdown) is minimized.

Direction for use:

Loading phase (day 1-5): Take 5 g  (approx. 1/2 scoop) and mix with 5 dl of water 4 times a day at regular intervals.

You may skip the loading phase and start the maintenance phase for a more gradual approach.

Maintenance (day 6+): Take 5 g  (approx. 1/2 scoop) and mix with 5 dl of water. Consume one serving daily.

The creatine drink should always be prepared fresh and consumed that same day, as creatine does not remain stable in fluids for long periods. As with all creatine products, maintain an adequate state of hydration during use.
