What is a synbiotic?

The product is supplemented with a prebiotic in the form of fructooligosaccharides, which act as a medium for the growth of lactic-bacteria cultures (Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG). This complex is called a synbiotic. It has a “2 in 1” effect, which ensures the optimal conditions for the probiotic bacteria to grow and also remain to highly active. Synbiotics are more effective than probiotics, and restore the microbiological balance of the body more quickly.

Recommended use

Take 1 capsule once a day with plenty of liquid, with food at best. If you have problems with swallowing, you can open the capsule and dilute its contents in a liquid at the room temperature (e.g. water, milk or fruit juice). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
