Genglutamine:

GENGLUTAMINE is a product supplying the body with glutamine and taurine. Glutamine is one of the most important endogenous amino acids. It is a prevalent „source of nitrogen” for the biochemical processes that occur within the body. The protein building the skeleton muscles contains ca. 60% of all glutamine in the organism. Intensified catabolic processes may reduce the amount of glutamine in the bodily fluids down to even 50%. Taurine is a non-protein amino acid assisting in the transportation of creatine to the muscles. Neutral flavour.

Direction For Use:

Dissolve by shaking 10 g (2 measures) in a drinking bottle with 200 ml of water. On training days: one portion of 10 g about 30 min. before training and 10 g after training. On non-training days: one portion of 10 g about 30 min. before the meal. Package contains a measuring scoop.

L-glutamine, taurine, acidity regulators: citric acid and sodium citrate, aroma, sweeteners: acesulfame K and sucralose, colourants: quinoline yellow, sunset yellow – may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
